Patient Portal
The patient portal gives you convenient 24×7 access from your own home or office so you don’t have to wait until business hours to address your health concerns and questions, access your health records, or book appointments. You can also easily book an appointment with any of our physicians or access online appointments and medical records through Healow by downloading the app.

Child Health & Development Interactive System
CHADIS is a web-based screening, diagnostic, and management system that makes it easier for clinicians to administer and analyze pre-visit and online questionnaires, and it provides them with instant access to valuable clinical data and resources. It also facilitates the sharing of information with patients, caregivers, and communities. Other clinical benefits include the reduction of data collection and reporting, and the ability to provide secure communication exchanges.
CHADIS also makes it easier for parents, teens, and teachers to complete questionnaires in advance and save time during their office visit. They can document health concerns, ask questions, and communicate goals and priorities for the visit.
Another great feature is the ability to include a child’s teacher when gathering information and choosing the right treatment. For example, a child with ADHD can benefit when the teacher is invited to provide feedback. All teacher questionnaires and information remain confidential with the clinician and are in compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and FERPA.
